1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") form a binding contract between you ("User") and mega88i ("Platform", "we", "us"). This document governs the use of all services, products and content provided through the mega88i website.

By accessing the mega88i website, registering an account, making a deposit or using any of the services we offer, you hereby express your full and unconditional agreement to all terms contained herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy which form part of this Agreement.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

mega88i supports a variety of secure and convenient local payment methods for Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, as well as cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH.

The terms and limits in effect for all financial transactions on the mega88i platform are as follows:

• The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is RM10.
• The minimum withdrawal amount for all payment methods is RM100.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to the required verification process before being processed.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

mega88i is not responsible for any loss, damage or harm arising from:

• Technical disruptions, network outages or system failures beyond our control.
• Loss of internet access or device issues on the user's end.
• Actions by third parties that affect platform operations.
• User negligence in safeguarding login credentials.
• Unfavourable game outcomes, given that gambling involves real financial risk.

mega88i makes no guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption or completely free from technical errors. We will work to minimise any disruptions and inform users of any planned maintenance.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

mega88i reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
